Three online interviews with HR followed by a game design test and then a full day interview on site in Berlin, Germany. They paid for the trip and accomodation. The test was too difficult for the role and the full day also.

they will reject the fully eligible candidates for no reason and provide no reasonable feedback for the results of the HR interview which is quite disappointing and unprofessional. I even asked the feedback because the interview went so well and I was shocked by the rejection email and they refused to give any feedback.

The initial call with the recruiter started with a little delay and was fast paced, but generally well structured. I had an overall good impression, actually better than before the call. Unfortunately, I never received any update after this screening, despite me contacting them two weeks later. The job is still listed.

Very quick and efficient. They were very organized, and prompt and the entire process was very smooth. Rounds followed each other swiftly and they even took the effort to give me feedback afterwards. Overall it was a great impression.

The process started off well, with a very friendly recruiter. However, after the task submission have received a very negative response and zero feedback, which left a poor impression of the hiring process.

Es gab mehrere Auswahlrunden. In letzten beiden Runden wurden praktische Fähigkeiten und Wissen geprüft. Vorab gab es eine praktische Aufgabe, die innerhalb eines Tages gelöst werden sollte. In der letzten Runde, dem Bewerbertag, folgten dann mehrere Interviews und eine weitere Praxisaufgabe.

I applied to be a student customer service assistant. After a few phone calls, they brought me in to the office a couple of times and I had about three rounds of interviews. I met with the team and toured the office. They also had simulated test. It seemed like a lot of work for a straightforward job. I would be helping people get reimbursed for coins essentially. After waiting to hear back for 2 weeks, and them saying they were still making a decision and to wait, they called and said they hired somebody else. They led me on for more than two months from the beginning of the process. It seemed a bit unprofessional and like they kept me as a backup, waiting for the contract of the other to be signed before telling me. Definitely would not recommend.

Ein sehr sympathisches, gut strukturiertes Vorstellungsgespräch. Mir wurden zuerst, ohne mich mit Informationen zu überhäufen, die Rahmenbedingungen und interne Strukturen erklärt. Dabei wurde immer viel Zeit für Rückfragen gelassen. Im Anschluss wurde die vorher gestellte Hausaufgabe besprochen, und anhand dessen erklärt, welche Besonderheiten man im Unternehmen beachten sollte. Die anschließende Fragerunde war sehr offen und ich fühlte mich zu keinem Zeitpunkt unter Druck gesetzt.
