Group Discussion and then 3 technical interviews followed by hr round. Mostly related to cv and jd for the profile. The process is not very hectic but also not very easy

Mainly works on how well you answer the questions they put up and once interview is completed and confirmed selected not sure they will release the offer letter. They keep on dragging and doesn't give a proper update

2rounds and hr round , will take time to select . Clear mail communication and phone update. Once selected you will be onborded. Client round might be a separate interview before join or after join.

2 panel interview followed by Senior Manager 1-1 interview. interview is about managing team, technical knowledge, career aspiration, role discussions and location preference. the 2 panel interview is primarily peer or 1 level high leaders enquiring about projects, project management, scope, technical difficulty. senior manager is department head asking senior management type questions.

Tough so many questions in short time limit covering all the areas like tech behavioural and thinking. Logical was kind of easy but lengthy process to get the answers also analytical skill are in place to work.

Resume shortlisting and quick discussion on your skill through telephonic 2 Technical round and 1 Managerial round, both round was virtual through Teams. HR Discussion and Salary negotiation round It was telephonic

It took around 6 hours for only two rounds and still they were not sure about further rounds, then i had asked they said next round will be in up upcoming weeks

Interview process in itself was good. It was interactive and rather easy going. I even cleared the TP1 discussion and got a call from HR for TP2 interview. That being the Diwali week, I requested to postpone it just for 2 days to which the HR agreed. However, till today I haven't received any communication from their end. I sent an email and called once as well. But I am being ghosted by the HR. Transparency would have been appreciated even if they did not decide to go ahead with my candidature.
