This was by far the most unprofessional interview I’ve ever come across in my entire career journey. I was laid off over 2 months ago and was referred in at Infuse. I met with the Sr. SVP of the account executive team over 6 times over a 2 month period, various team members, and a recruiter. He emailed me a offer over and I accepted. The follow up meeting he was extremely rude and tried to dissuade me from taking the role and doubting my abilities despite have experience, a proven track record, and proving myself throughout the interview process. He didn’t even allow me to say a word, very strange behavior. He also had a recruiter reach out to me to “finalize” my offer - she also proceeded to question my ability and dissuade me. I decided to still continue forward and they have completely ghosted me without communicating any additional information. It would have been courteous to just turn me down rather than lead me on for two months, given me a offer, and after having turned down multiple offers. They left me in a really unfortunate circumstance and showed no empathy even with the recent layoffs. I would steer clear.

After applying on LinkedIn, I was contacted to take an unpaid content writing test. A 1000 word article. They provided a guideline and I could choose between 6 topics. They also required me to complete the Predictive Index Cognitive Assessment and Behavioral Assessment. All this within 3 days of receiving the email. There was a response to my application but no feedback on the article. Also, I was able to view my result and ID score for the behavioral assessment, so I'll not have to retake the test in the future. I guess that's a plus.

Online, taking their time to give you updates. Recruiters are cordial and reply to messages as they come in. Seems like a good place to work if you want to start a career.

The interview process was a breeze and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Unfortunately, the questions they asked didn't give me the opportunity to really highlight my abilities and demonstrate my qualifications for the role.

Initially, I had to record my responses to the questions in an online video interview. Then I had three more interviews with the team; we couldn't agree on a salary, so I declined the offer. When they contacted me for another position, the recruiter was condescending, rude, and unprofessional. I had never been through a more dreadful interview process in my life.

I was sent a online test to decode a instructional design manual. And design a manual of my own. Second step was to submit a behavioral and cognitive test. Confirm my choices on greenhouse

Sent me a fairly involved writing task before even asking for an interview. Writing tasks are fine but the amount of free content they wanted off me makes me suspicious. Wouldn't recommend hiring this way!

One way interview, get as much time to answer questions as you wish and as many takes to record your answer as you wish also. followed by behavioural test + cognitive test

I completed a video interview, a cognitive and behavioral test, an Excel test and 3 30 minute interviews with the hiring team. It has now been a month and I have not heard back about the position and have only received one update that they need more time. It has been over 2 months since I started the interview process.

One-way interview, the process was simple enough. You get as much time to consider the question and how you want to answer it as you like and can redo you answers as many times as you need. There are also two tests to take once the interview is done, both very straight forward. One question was 4 questions in one with only 1 minute to answer, which was not very well thought out. The job as advertised on LinkedIn stated its location as London and the role as remote. One of the questions on the interview was if I am prepared to travel to the office in Hertfordshire once a week. This threw me off. Companies should be transparent about the roles they are hiring for, so that applicants are prepared and no ones time is getting wasted.
