Don't do it!!! It's a scam! The same thing happen to me a couple of days ago! it's a work from home job and the person who is interviewing you is going to try to send you a check for your supplies. The check is fraudulent! He is gonna try to tell you to deposit the check into your account and then have you to transfer it into another account. I went to the bank and they stopped it before he could get the money!

What were the name of the ppl contacting you? Did they FedEx the check to you? Did you ever buy any supplies?

He was very aggressive and very eagered for me to get the bank

So why is GlassDoor allowing these kind of people to use their platform? Shouldn't they vet every on who try to post company profiles, jobs and reviews, positive or negative, when they claim to vet your input. GlassDoor should be liable in some kinda class action lawsuit from those who have been scammed one way or another.

This is the same message I got ... right now as I am typing .. someone is demanding me to go to the bank and cash a check for supplies .. it seems weird because of the interview process... I’m upset if it’s fake 🤔

I applied for a work at home position via indeed Did some research to verify the business being legitimate Found some bad reviews/ and some good ones I received a confirmation email from a hiring manger / recruiter that I am selected to proceed to the interview process via google hangouts I did the interview weirdly it was done via hangouts messenger, not video 🤔 I proceeding being that they didn’t ask for my social security number I spent so much time and effort , praying that I got this job .. it would have been such a privilege! ! I have been filling out multiple applications in search of a good paying job that I could honestly work efficiently. Then..... The “Hiring manager” Susan Wilson and another dude on hangout named Samuel Mark contacted me with nearly identical questions and intelligence about the same type of opportunity// I had been applying everywhere so .. I didn’t know if they were the same job or different jobs .. That made it suspicious because I messaged Samuel Mark on behalf of an email I got from Susan Wilson // as instructed // assuming he was upper management He messages me in a hasty manner requiring my obedience, time, cooperation, information and attention.... I proceeded They were both typing me at the same time... the I subsequently got hired by Susan Wilson to PSA lte Ltd to Youth and Adult Inc. Hooray 😃!! But.... Aren’t they supposed to be apart of the same company or relative ?? Hmm 🤔 I proceeded .. for the second day after me being hired ,and applying to a whole different job that I am suggesting is a scam because I didn’t really get interviewed.. just via email ... I received a check in mail !! It looks legit but I live in Houston l, TX in America!! That’s not how anything works ... it’s hard to land a job ... this was a dream come true I looked up work from home from a employer I used to work for // call center// they don’t provide equipment like that !! I started questioning the messenger Susan Wilson and Samuel Mark about legal documentation and proof of employment/ I even email PSA lte Ltd email online and office location online to verify that I’m an employee before I sign paper that were emailed to me by the Pte lte Ltd corporation .. I got no response over night ... I then regardless of the W9 form and employment letter requiring my signature ... asked for proof of employment.. she responded with I knew you were joking with us and kept sending “?? “ and messages regarding me and the check ... she said when aim done send her a receipt of the receipt... the check came from via mail and it had a letter inside with instructions ..... I need to make money indeed but not at the risk of my freedom and financial credit I told her I’m not cashing the check until I can get a legal document of employment / policy / handbook She was upset and responded as if I were about to actually miss out on a big opportunity... but that’s not the case .. I don’t know if I’m employed until I have legally signed the handbook/ policy / employment letter.. the letter I was emailed looked a little legit but also as if it had minor format mistakes .. I cannot believe they are using this company address and the names of the people working there to scam ! Samuel mark told me in the message that since I was hired by PSA that was good. I assume he found out HOW??? he even asked me if I knew the email Susan Wilson was messaging from.. and since I’m employed with PSA I don’t get the job with him. I think it’s a scam .. I will wait and see I also got a message from tyrel with a company who messaged me to send a email to her boss raymondgoforaswim@aol // he told me about the business and sent me a large check also .. I got messages asking if I had cashed it yet and I asked for legal documents and proof of employment She ignored .. if I’m not mistaking (via email) and said she is sending another check to my home tomorrow 🙄🙄🙄 Raymondgkforaswim is the boss and he said he is out of town and the company is about charity and domestic violence.. But I don't think so.. We will see... I wouldn't cash anything They are not professional and don't even type in fill sentence.. You can not fake your education and knowledge... Smh I'm definitely staying in school!!! This is sick and horrible.. Is that against the law... Legalize marijuana and free the drug dealers!! This makes our world look cruel !

Just had an accounted with this person jade as well, I knew from the beginning it was a scam. So I played along until I got the check and took it to the police. He tried everything so I can give him my money, money gram, western union, all of it. I just acted as if there was an issue at every attempt. When I cursed him out and told him the police is on him he blocked me. Lol. But of course the police didn't do anything since I didn't cash in the check and send him money. Be careful out there guys. People prey on others needs
