Interviewers were friendly and engaging. Made you at ease and keep you interested. The best interview I’ve had so far. It was online and there were two stages in total.

First interview over phone, second in person with hiring manager and CFO. Interview was very pleasant. They wanted to know about previous work experience. They offered coffee and Softdrinks. It lasted for around an hour each of them.

Great manager who interviewed. The team was well coordinated. Discussed details of the job and tried to understand Fit got an offer quickly and they went out of their way to match my ask

Básicamente las entrevistas fueron en inglés, sin embargo no pase a la última entrevista debido a que mi perfil 'mencionada experiencia aérea' y no confiaron en mi experiencia terrestre que me faltó desplayar.

Dos entrevistas en linea, la primera con RRHH y luego con el equipo de trabajo. Después una entrevista en persona con presentación de producto en las instalaciones de la empresa.

They scheduled the interview outside working hours (5 PM) and it finished at around 6.30 PM. I think the hustle culture is really high there since they are willingly to do overtime. They also asked a lot of technical question during interview.

Unorganised management of interviewers meeting times. Three rounds of interviews with different people. Not very clear on structure or roles of interviewers. Fair questions and to the point. Nice people, very corporate office.

Met with 11 team members across 1 day and two facilities that were over three hours apart. I didn't receive and offer from the company and learned Kerry implemented a hiring freeze as they decided to restructure the department the same week I was interviewing. I am still awaiting my expense payment for my out of pocket expenses.

Tough completion, program offers great opportunity and experience, multiple interviewers from various functions, a day long and exhausting process but quick decision process. Glad I chose Kerry’s program to start my career.
