First round is about to interview questions regarding to basic java hibernate 2 rounds of interview. Got second and call after a week. after that round the hr round will handled and then got a offer letter with 2 years bond.

1st they called and ask to come for an interview. As I was delaying the interview due to some reason they took my all Interview Rounds in a single day. There are total 3 Rounds in several ways 1. Technical Round 2. HR Round 3. Practical

No stereotype. Questions were focused on my expertise rather than what the interviewer is an expert of. However, the management is an expert at deciphering whether the candidate is genuinely knowledgeable or bluffing. They trust the employees and are very specific about keeping the work environment a healthy place. Learning attitude, diligent working and research bent of mind is appreciated a lot.

1.) HR basic questions (Telephonically HR asked some basic oops And .Net Questions) 2.) Aptitude Test ( Normal Test) 3.) Technical Interview (Basic Questions for freshers) 4.) HR Round (Explain about Package and Employee benefits) 5) Second HR Round

I applied from Job Portal thenafter I have received call from HR in which they have verified my experience and other details. Firstly, Written test was there, it was purely based on Java. Secondly, face to face interview was conducted which is technical. Lastly, they took my HR round followed by the offer process.

At first I got a call from HR regarding job opportunity in ISM and they screened my communication over the phone. Then HR had scheduled my interview of Telephonic round for next day itself. I got a call from the ISM interview on time, and they asked me some basic question regarding hardware and Networking. Then it was about some deep knowledge of server side. The telephonic round session was of around 20 minutes. Then again, I got from HR that I have been selected and they scheduled my second session of the interview, that is Face to face technical round. This interview was about technical scenarios. A third and final was HR round, This was done on the same day and after 2 days I got selected in ISM for system administrator.

I applied to the company through an email thenafter I have received a call from Company HR in which they have verified my experience and other details to schedule in person technical round. In the first round which was face to face they have assessed my skills of jsp, servlets, spring, hibernate, ajax, sql and then I have shortlisted for 2nd round of interview which is primarily focused on Spring and ORM integration. Followed by HR round to complete the offer process.

3 days interview and i selected ... supportive employers teams ... HR is friendly, very supportive and understanding person ... company have more then 150 employers … good opportunity for grow your career … also provide medical clam ... process flow good … and final word thanks for give me this opportunity ...

I received a call from HR team and after discussing with them, they have scheduled my interview. First round related to technical like question of core java, jsp servlet, Spring and hibernate. After that first round they declare my result within 10 to 15 min and schedule my second round. It was again a technical in depth round taken by department head followed by the HR round in which they have verified my credentials to process the offer.

I got the call from HR Team. After that first round was held in person with technical panel. Followed by the second round with the department head. Later on, In detailed HR round in which they verified my documents and payslip to process offer.
