Quick and smooth. Technical interview first, they ask basic technical questions to gauge your technical knowledge, once passed, HR will further conduct interview then the hiring manger will conduct another interview. It was 2-3 weeks process.

Initially had a screening interview with recruiter that was set at my convenience. Then had a Teams call with 2 managers that was also efficient and pleasant. Finally I shadowed another NP to see what a day in the role consisted of.

After a brief interview with a recruiter, there was a more thorough interview with the hiring manager and three additional team members. The interview included a writing /editing skills assessment and questions that spoke to a candidate's ability to communicate clearly, work well with others, and adapt to change.
