I went through 2 interviews through Teams. One with Head of Department and one with the Group HR. I had an enjoyable interview with the panel. They asked normal interview questions.

Relaxed and easy going, interviewers stressed the need for shift work for the role and made sure applicants are aware of it. Interviewing panel was relatively nice and down to earth.

There were 4 interviewers, including their HR. The interview went relatively well and a lot of information were shared during the interview. Overall, it was a good and positive experience.

2 rounds of interview, will get back quick must be okay with shift work. Will have 2 interviewer each time. Usually quite friendly. 1st round will be with HR and AVP 2nd round will be HR head and VP

Typical interview questions asked e.g. Tell me about yourself, why do you want to join PSA, why do you want to leave your current company. Interviewers will ask about past/current projects that you have handled and the strategy you used. The interviewers that I encountered were very snobbish and arrogant - they sneered at the procurement strategy that was utilised for one of my projects and kept insisting that their way would be better. This is even after I highlighted that there were other considerations of the project which lead us to using this strategy, but which I could not share with them due to confidentiality. Super turn off. During the interview, I noticed that the interviewer with the highest rank was also very rude to the one with a lower rank, and even ruder to the HR facilitating the interview. Red flag. Definitely feels like a toxic team/environment to work in.

Have a cpp writing test. Very advanced one. U need to know the detail of the cpp very well. Like schools paper test. Give u mcq to choose. Have an algorithm test can use any coding language u want. Have like 3/4 rounds of interviews

Very relaxing and friendly HR and manager. Asking about your interest and why apply for the job. Also explains in detail what the role is about. Very nice interview experience.

I interviewed through an external recruiter who was amazing. There were 2 rounds, which involved a walkthrough of experiences and resume projects. The whole process took less than 2 weeks and the people I met were really down-to-earth and really nice! Culture and projects seem decent. For context, this role is about 80% software engineering and 20% working with clients to gather requirements etc. Declined the offer as I had a better opportunity.

Total of 3 rounds of interview. 1st. Go down for round 1 face-to-face interview where you get to find out more about PSA and what they do and you do a case study on the spot. 2nd. Intro yourself to the team lead via Zoom. 3rd. Not sure as was not invited for this. Overall the staff seems friendly but the HR will ghost you if they decided you are not the one for them even if you ask for a status check for your application.
