Pretty easy interview process! Just went over experience and availability mainly. Overall it was a great interview and they hired me the next day. Great company to work for! Especially if you're just starting out your career.

First was a 15 minute phone screening with HR. Then came an hour interview with the direct managers you will be working with. They show you around the lab, then they take you to a room and start interviewing you. Questions were very generic. Most of them were about you. Nothing technical.

One day in person interview and talked with one manager. Then I talked with another manager get to know what my job will be like. After one day I got an phone call from their hiring manager with a offer.

A one day open house recruitment was done for the one on one interview with the HR person. Process is within 2 weeks and the interviewee is kind.

HR screening at 6PM - bizarre. Then an interview with team leads who asked random science questions. Everybody looked like somebody has just kicked the bucket...srsly. It was rather hard to keep an eye contact (as all respectable internet HR consulting websites recommend) with all of them, not mentioning the handshake. It felt kinda like congratulating baseball team on their lost game.
