Three stage: Spoke with recruiter over the phone, then hiring manager via video. These were both good experiences but, I clearly mentioned I didn’t have networking experience which they were fine with as it can be learned on the job, only to find that the final technical was solely focussed on knowing networking

Video three interviews. Good prep with hr. Interview with hiring manager directly. Was able to speak to Salesforce employees before my first interview. Very fast feedback - they called me in two hours after the last interview and made me an offer.

Three rounds of interviews, 1. recruiter 2. two 1:1 interviews booked same day 3. panel presentation. My recruiter had good communication and stayed in touch. The hiring manager went with an internal candidate. I got the impression Salesforce is working to promote from within at this time.

Screening, then calls with various team members. The overall process was fairly typical but drawn out. It then seemed to stall out - very hard to tell what is happening from a candidate standpoint.

Not great could have asked what I am working on instead went on tangent of my past experience that is 23 years old expect more from a big company but it’s not easy

I had a total of five interviews until I got to the last stage which is good because you get to know the entire team. However at the same time it is a very demanding process and creates a bit of uncertainty. As I had several recruiting processes ongoing at the same time, I ended up accepting an offer for another job because the process at sales force was so long
- Most questions were related to where I saw my career going in the future as the role I applied for was junior. There were some technical questions relating to privacy law as that is a big part of sales force work in the legal field
