A phone interview is scheduled for screening purpose, most of the question is about you background and your experience, they just want to know that you really want this job. Then a 45-mins Skill Test is arranged on site, 8 questions in total, first 5 are Java concept questions and last 3 are algorithm questions. The group interview is the last process, interviewer includes Senior Manager and two team members. Question are asked in turn by each person, all of the interviewers are very professional, the environment is positive and comfortable, first part consists of situational questions and some behavioral questions, dig really deep in your previous experience and projects, then the second part is all technical, 5 concept questions and 2 design questions.
