I applied through website and got a call back a few weeks later. I had a phone interview which went really well and consisted mostly on my educational background and why I like analog electronics, as well as the various things on my resume. A month later I had another phone interview with a different manager with about the same results. I was made an offer and then accepted.

so first i have the recoding about the some BQ the BQ is 4 question. 1st is tell me about yourself. 2 to 4 is the usual BQ question then the next round i interview with them asking about my project
