Transparent interview process. Trainings are properly handled by experienced senior staff. Interviewers are patient enough with freshers. Repeatedly call you to remind and direct you to interview location. It ended with a delicious meal

It was nice, and respectful with a straightforward approach to the questions and expectations. The professionalism was to be commended. I was greeted then the process flowed smoothly from the introduction into my qualifications and demonstration of experience. There was opportunity for me to ask questions as well

The process was quite basic. Submit your documents via email. Interview held with HR manager and another HR employee and psychological employee. Questions were quite common and easy. However, neither rejection nor acceptance email was received. They basically never get back to you.

Got call for interview there was face to face interview with skills test about typing speed and MS office. Then HR discussed about salary and other benefits.

Brief and easy. It went for about 30-40 minutes. But half of the time the interviewer had important calls to attend to. So the questions directed towards me were less. Simple questions that weren't related to IT.

The interview was a two way process firstly on the phone with the HR Assistant then physically with the HR manager and the logistics Manager the next day. We started with excel testing then verbal conversation with the HR manager then was sent to meet the Logistics manager for conclusion.
