Found the job through ThermoFisher Website. Thinking this was an Associate Scientist Position...but it was a Lab Tech minimum wage role through PPD, a ThermoFisher company. (get the catch there)... interview was fine but they rep ThermoFisher heavily...however, the pay and offer letter comes from PPD. and they will severely underpay you. Benefits are better, but they cost benefit only works if you live with your parents or are single and have roommates...but they want experienced individuals..makes no sense. offer was close to 43K a year and on average for a degree applicant with the experience I have and the same city demographics, nationally and comparatively you are looking at 65K or if pushing it for Richmond 30/hr. not 21-23 an hr.....

I initially interviewed for a TAS role in a more generalized department (phone screen with recruiter, followed by video call with hiring manager). The initial recruiter referred me for a more specialized TAS position that better aligned with my skills and interests.Initial phone screen with recruiter, and I'm really thankful for their support and help through the process because the 2nd job opening did seem pretty perfect for me. 1st round was about 30 min phone call with hiring manager, going over basics of the role, hearing about my background, and answering my questions. 2nd round was about a week later, ~45min phone call with hiring manager (we went over time just having a good conversation) describing the role in more detail and my potential fitness for it. I was invited for a virtual panel interview that occurred about 2 weeks later. I met 2:1 or 1:1 with other members of the team as well as a closely interacting team. I met with the hiring manager and skip lead. Throughout the day there was a mix of technical questions and personality/behavioral questions. Overall it was a really enjoyable experience and I had great conversations about what the job would be like, the company, and science in general. I would have loved to accept the offer I was extended, but the relocation and travel didn't work with my family needs (the job I originally applied for was local). I may have considered the offer more if the benefits matched /exceeded competing offers.

I had a 30 min initial screening interview with the recruiter that seemed to go very well. My skills and experience matched with everything she was looking for and she seemed very positive that I would move to the next step and that I'd hear back the next week. It's been about 6 weeks now and I've been completely ghosted - not even an automated rejection email.

the interview process was focused more on behavorial questions from past experiences than being based than technical aspects or financial knowledge. The whole process was really smooth and speedy response.

I received a short telephone interview in which I was asked general questions about my experiences. Then I was contacted for an online meeting where we discussed the job position in detail

Initial Screening with Manager and Technical rounds with panel of four leads belongs to different workstreams, questions are based on where and How the PM Methodologies are applied and questions of previous work experience. Then last round with Director.
