For Dara Scientist interview , (Note :- They have mentioned the procedure on their site yet I am sharing my experience.) 1st round :- With Hiring Manager Not a technical round Manager tries to assess you and look for how good or bad person you are (general questions like how do you deal with stress ,how your colleagues ,manager will describe you ,hobbies ,questions related to your plans etc) 2nd round :- : Coding round on Codility Time limit :- 30 mins As for my role ,python was mandatory so I was asked about 5-6 little dataframe processing questions were there (like filtering ,renaming ,ordering etc) Its a fairly easy round 3rd round :- Technical round Asked questions about ML ,projects I have done (questions are mentioned in the interview questions section not wasting the time again) Yep & then I got the offer...

I applied via linkedin and on the same day I received call from HR. Whole interview process took little long but everything went well. There was 1 introduction interview, 2 technical interviews, 1 assignment, 1 coding test, 2 managerial interviews. Final was the HR round to discuss on salary compensation.

Extremely unprofessional & dishonest people. Interview took 3 weeks from the time of recruiter contacting me & final interview taking place. 1.First recruiter contacted me and took resume. She inquired about my current CTC & salary expectation, I had clearly said that if they will be able to meet my salary expectation then only to proceed with my candidature. They had confirmed me twice that salary expectation is fine with them. 2.Then there was a round of telephonic interview with the hiring manager. It went on very well. 3.After that they sent an assignment and codility test and were insisting to submit ASAP. I solved the Deep Learning assignment very properly and shared the results with them. Codility test contained 2 coding questions and 1 set of multiple choice questions related to ML. I solved all of them. 4. After going through the assignment they said they are happy with the output and will go ahead with more rounds of interview. 5. I had another video interview with 2 people. They asked a lot of questions regarding my projects, assignment which they had given and Computer Vision questions. I answered each and every question perfectly with very detailed explanations. Towards the end of interview they asked a leetcode hard coding question which I successfully answered. I could feel that they were pretty happy with the interview. After this they kept delaying for scheduling the final round of interview and then recruiter called me and said that they got good feedback regarding my ML knowledge and assignment but will not be going ahead with me. I was really shocked to hear because she gave me very flimsy reason when I said that how did they determine this as I had answered each and every question in the interview. She couldn't give any proper reason and just said right now they can't move ahead. This is extremely dishonest of them to take such decision when interview had gone so well. If they might have gone with a candidate with less salary they could have said it upfront but instead of that they gave very useless reasons. I felt so much of my time which I invested in doing their CV assignment and Coding round went totally wasted. First time in my life of giving interviews I faced this kind of treatment where even after 100% of questions correctly, I was getting rejected. Atleast for the time which a candidate has invested in their interview process, the least they can do is being honest and giving a fair chance.
