1. Call by a hired recruiter (not an employee of the company) 2. Cognitive ability test - easy one- 3. Interview with the recruiter and hiring manager 4. Business Case - provided data in the excel sheets, need to be finished in 3-4 days. 5. Presenting the case to HR, a data scientist, and a fraud analyst. Answering their questions about fraud prevention and process. First of all, the recruiting process takes a long time. When you consider that their salary range which will be mentioned at the screening call is quite low when you compare with market prices. I asked myself "Am I being recruited by Microsoft or Amazon and they have quite a long process?, and at the end what will I get?" Even though all the process is not difficult, it consumes your time and energy. In the last interview with group/panel which consists of the members' HR, data scientist, and fraud analyst. The questions asked are way too abstract, relative and doesn't test your experience and knowledge. So, get ready for this part. When you look at the experience of the interview group, you will see that they are either junior or less experienced than you. So, imagine that people who have less experienced in your field of specialization are asking the questions about your profession to test how much you know about it :) On the other hand, during the process, they are kind and informative that is a good thing. The choice is yours.

I never had a worse interview experience in tech companies like this one. - First, there was a long interview by phone. - Some days later, there was an interview via Google Hangouts. They said to me wait to receive a technical test. - After, they sent an e-mail saying that I was removed of the process. Their feedback looked like an explanation to the recruiter's boss, rude and non-sense. I asked for a better explanation, they did not answer me. I never expect to have success in my all interviews, but the end of the process with their HR team made me feel like a disposable material resource. Maybe it reflects the real company culture. I regret that I did not read the previous interviews experiences in time.

It took 3 weeks for the initial response, but after that, it went really smooth and fast. The recruiter was responsive, team members were very friendly and the whole interview process was pretty comfortable for me. I had one phone screening, a non-technical interview which was more cultural, a take-home assignment, following by a technical interview with a simple live coding session. In general quite standard and professional process.

Got a call after almost one month of applying discussing my application, they sent an easy technical test with somewhat vague questions and no clear directions, and scheduled a "culture" video call the week after. I sent the test after solving it in the most delicate way possible, adhering to as many coding standards as it can get. I got my result, it was a hasty one, showing apparent delinquency, I'll be more specific regarding this one cause it was what transformed my experience. Following are some of the cons mentioned in the test result, along with a statement falsifying the claim: - no ioc: utterly wrong, as per constructor injection was all around my API Controllers, and I was relying on abstractions, not sure how an obvious thing like this was missed.. - Didn't use .Net Core: for this one, the base solution I received was written in a not fully compatible technology, and the instructions stated that I shouldn't modify the code, so you get the gist of it. - no handling for unique flight numbers: this was done in a class called CustomBookingRepository, injected using ioc (so back to point one) That's only a glimpse of how poorly the test was handled, add to it that the HR took the result as an excuse to "change" the post offering from senior to intermediate which was both degrading and unfair. I sent my feedback explaining my approach to solving the test, and debating the fact that the test isn't a fair measurement of skills, was misinterpreted, and that I'm disappointed about the verdict of reducing the post based on it, since in the first place it wasn't sufficiently specific, and certainly not a test for a senior position (it was REST API for basic CRUD operations, something a fresh grad would've solved with ease). And guess what, they called and cancelled my interview, stating that I lack the soft skills and I'm not a good fit for their culture ! Well, if they can't take in an objective feedback, I wonder how they deal with their employees and real world problems. Enough said and experienced, very negative outlook.

I would say this is by far the most horrible HR experience. Not only they were unprofessional but they lack basic human decency. - First is technical application round where you have to develop an application or an APP and that will get reviewed by tech team. - Second is cultural fit round. This round is general discussion around whether the candidate will fit the culture of the company. There were some tricky questions but nothing surprising. - Third round is purely technical where two developers will question you on your current experience and there will be one hands on exercise. Overall process is smooth but here comes the horrible experience: They spoiled the mood by usual HR shenanigans of giving a late feedback but they did give the feedback after my prodding. The offer was made and it was market standard. So I went to ask some details of the offer and break up and normal negotiations that goes with this. But after 2 days when I was ready to say yes, HR calls back and says your offer is no longer valid since we don't think you will be a good fit, then was the cultural fit interview was for? Not only this betrays the trust but also it is very disheartening. What kind of utter disregard for process is this? This was a huge waste of time and I would advise every other skilled technical person to stay away from them.

I have applied online and recruiter contacted. Talk about standart hr things. They sent me test and I completed it in a week but the feedback was so wrong. It is like they just invited me to the process just for nothing. Feedback was totally wrong. You do not need to prove yourself to this unserious people.
