Very relaxed environment with a small written test, after that the successful applicants went forward to a face to face interview. It was very relaxed and you felt at ease from the first minute until the last. No questions you can't answer, all very straight forward.

This was the most unusual interview process because the job post I got offered is not the job post I initially applied for - and I am very pleased with this fact. However, it has to be said that the whole process was simply great. The friendliness, the professional attitude, and openness of everyone I spoke with was off the charts. From the very first call with Kerri, the Talent Acquisition Specialist to the final conversation with the Director and Kerri again - I don't think I had ever experienced this type of interview that simply put you at ease no matter the outcome. The first informal conversation I had made me immediately think that I wanted to work at Wiggle. The communication was perfect - I always knew where I was with the interview process, who I would be speaking with, when and at what time. The whole process was in such a stark contrast to the very many interview processes that I've had in the past (as a contractor - i've gone through a lot of them already). I wish everyone had such a fabulous and uplifting experience as I had.

I had a two stage interview with Wiggle. A initial video chat and then, surprisingly in 2020, a face to face panel interview at their site. The process was smooth, the method was professional and I received good feedback on why I was unsuccessful.

Due to COVID the whole process was done remotely via phone calls and video. There was an initial get to know you type phone call followed by a more in depth skills based video call. They are making changes to their marketing team and after accepting an offer and leaving my current role was told a week before my start date that the role is no longer available without warning after a 3 month wait. I don't know how a business can have a positioned signed off for fir the hiring process that is redundant just a few months later... BE CAUTIOUS!

Phone interview then face to face and technical test, over all a positive experience but as it was all done very quickly didn't get time to buff up on more generic questions for technical test so do your research beforehand...you may be brilliant working day to day but don't do well in the 'exam' and you can forget it.
- Load balancers, describe OSI model, Linux questions, SAN's amongst others describe a situation when you've X, Y & Z'd. Usual questions.

They will however steal all of the ideas you put into your communications plan. They are using a fake hiring process to ask job candidates how to do their jobs. That's why the Digital Marketing Manager role has been advertised for so long on their website.
