If I was speaking to someone who does not like you, what would they say about you?

I am often very blunt with the feedback I give to people, which can be perceived as rude... but that is just the way I operate. Someone who does not like me may call me a 'jerk', but I think that it is better to be brutally honest with teammates and leaders rather than beat around the bush. This allows for issues to be brought up and resolved much faster, which leads to overall better performance (individual and as a team). The worst thing you can do is tell someone that everything they are doing is alright when in reality it is hindering results. Minder
