How do you self evaluate your actions/attitude/work-ethic? Talked about how I use Biggs/Myer and 360 What would you consider your greatest weakness? Told them that how in the emergency responders career field you sometimes have to act without knowing all the information first. Led to the Segway on how this made me open to suggestions and increased my ability to adapt to changing situations and become flexible yet firm when making decisions. Minder
