Situation: one of the most challenging things I've done was fight obesity and lose weight Task: As a motivator and optimist, I had a responsibility to myself and those around me that losing weight was a feasible option Action: I did alot of research and I applied new practices to my daily routine. It was very hard to break bad habits, motivate myself to workout, and paint a better picture of myself. Regardless of my pains, I decided to persevere. Result: As a result of consistent exercise combined with diet, I was able to make a breakthrough and lose 80 pounds. Minder
