I am really suprised at the low salary that was offered. My last job I was at $52,500 Minder

Ugh
In the interview, I found out that they had very high turnover for this position. I asked them why they had so much turnover. (There had been 6 other managers in this same position in the past 5 years). I was concerned about that fact.

That sounds like my experience also! High turnover for a manager position where I applied. They gave me a variety of answers as to the reason why. Once I started work, I found the clinic was very dysfunctional. No clinic manager could fix this mess! Minder

They gave me a couple of reasons for the high turnover rate for this position. At the time, the reasons seemed plausible. However, once I started working, I saw much dysfunction in how this clinic was set up. It was much more "broken" than any clinic manager could fix. Minder
I was told by my previous manager before she left that she did not like my answer when she asked why I liked my field. I had replied to help people. She laughed and told me that was generic.

I prepared a small presentation on how my networking and communication skills can be helpful. Also explained the importance of online networking and social media to attract potential clients to our service. Minder

I told them to provide a written offer but instead I was given the run around and ignored until they found someone cheaper. You get what you pay for. Scary to think about them in the healthcare industry. Minder
