BE YOURSELF in this interview even though you are answering a pre-defined set of questions. They are looking for a genuine personality, here, not someone who knows how to answer questions like a robot. I can't stress that enough. Minder

All the questions are behavioral based. Tell us about a time you did x to demonstrate how you have the values that they have as an organization. You must try to think of past experiences from your life that apply to the questions asked, then present them. It is helpful to practice telling these stories so you don't get distracted and lost along the way.

You tell them a complete story about a time you did x with a beginning (what the situation was etc), what you did (your actions that demonstrate the value they are looking for), and the result (how did the situation resolve itself, what would you do differently in the future, what did you learn, etc) Minder
