A: A customer called in to discuss his bill. He noticed his bill was higher than normal. Reviewed customer account and noticed he had an international charge on one of his lines. Advised customer of charge. Customer insisted he had a block on all lines for international calls. Advised customer all lines had a block except for one. Customer had been a loyal customer for years and had minimum adjustments. I offered to waived half of the charges and placed a block on the line. Customer was satisfied with outcome. Minder
