Ill listen to their problem assist by telling them ill fix it if its possible if not ill tell them ill speak to the manager and have it all figured out make sure to be polite respectable and keep a smile on so they can know that im trying to help. Minder

I remember as a young man , a customer came in our restaurant and ordered a half fried chicken. After he ate the WHOLE thing, he complained it wasn't fully cooked , so we gave him another half chicken . I could have said, " But you ate the whole thing " . Instead I gave him another half chicken. He became a regular customer, and never complained again. Was it worth it? Many times over "yes"! Minder
