I remember as a young man , a customer came in our restaurant and ordered a half fried chicken. After he ate the WHOLE thing, he complained it wasn't fully cooked , so we gave him another half chicken . I could have said, " But you ate the whole thing " . Instead I gave him another half chicken. He became a regular customer, and never complained again. Was it worth it? Many times over "yes"! Minder
