As Regional Controller at Motorola, I had to work with the MD of our major device distributor in Kenya to deliver sell through strategies to deplete overstocks of Motorola products, so they could pay outstanding debt and reorder. My Marketing Lead was not very timely in delivery, so I had to engage one on one to listen, understand and instruct the Marketing lead on delivery expectations, and their utmost importance to our delivery.
