I was told that at times the work load is equal to two full-time jobs. Their website claims work-life balance but I didn't get that impression from the three interviews. Minder
Questions were asked by the manager on your ability to handle large caseloads. And experience with acute behavioral health members. Pretty straightforward with lots of what would you do questions.

Tell past experience
Quizzed me on solving a problem she received while interviewing me then didn't listen to my solution and came up with her own which wasn't helpful for the problem.

The problem was a company was not receiving paperwork from the center right away for drug screens. I responded with the company should contact the center to verify information if they haven't received it and if the center is busy, try to have it sent when the employer calls. My boss doesn't care if the center is busy or not her solution was to send it as soon as the employee with the drug screen was finished. Which if the center is very busy and understaffed it is very hard to send paperwork right away. Minder
The phone interviews were much more general in nature and typical interview questions. The in person interview was behavioral in nature and fairly intense. Lots of “tell me about a time” type questions and follow up questions after my responses. I was asked to prepare a five-minute presentation, inviting my interviewers to be a part of an MDA Muscle Walk team.
