It was an entirely ridiculous and vague question. So I asked the HRD to elaborate. He only answered - how do you give them information? So I went through how I've managed teams, into team meetings and 1:1 and also how I cascade information from corporate. Somewhere he then said, that is not what I mean, I mean, if someone is gone does someone else take over their work? WHAT?! Seriously lower level question and not even what he asked to begin with just despite my asking for him to clarify.
