hard of hearing, inability to understand certain accents. They should be spoken to with dignity and respect at a decent volume without yelling and slower than you would a younger person. Minder

To be honest the older the customers are the more respect you'll get from them. The young customers be so quickly to hang up. Not all but just some. You want to always keep both ages interested in what's going on & keep the conversation at your best! Never bore your customers, don't ever have those boring dragging tones in your voice, it'll just sound so unprofessional. Minder

As per my learning,thoughts,and beliefs i would like to tell you that success and failure are a just a part of ur experience and both are necessary to blossoms your life, failure is nothing but an intimation to you from your sorrounding people that give message to you that you are fail And success is opposite of that same people will come & tell you that what a successfull person what you are doing is just experiencing black and grey area of your life and it doesnt make any difference whether its for personal life or proffessional life just thanks your sorrounding peoples feedback to create your experience or coin with a two side success or failure Minder

"I've honestly never had to. I treat others with courtesy and respect, I don't "job jump", the shortest period of time I've worked for someone is 5 years, my attendance record is great, I work efficiently, both as an individual and as a team member--so I give my all to my employer and receive the same in return."....Interviewer did not like my answer. There were many more questions, and all were met with disinterest or dislike. Overall, the interview was the worst I've ever been to. Total waste of time. I'm guessing she expected me to beg for a job, but if that was the case, I never gave her the pleasure. Minder
