I've always enjoyed the work, but hated the culture of intimidation, bullying, racism and favourism. I wanted to do weekend works, as I was always so bored. Never, got any such works. I was told that there was a shortage of weekend workers, and yet NO WORK. Doesn't make sense. Minder
