I told him I would like more context. When he provided a specific example, how to deal with someone I disagree with though he's my manager, the question was easier to handle. i.e. I'll air why I disagree, but at the end of the day the decision responsibility lays with him/her, and I'll follow the decision.
Goal-oriented, Positive, and Strong Personal value I am a cool energetic hard working person. I set goals consistently for myself. Once I achieved it I set another and keep going for the next. I use some small goals to achieve a long term goal. I like to master every day to improve myself and my skills, which is a part of maturing and becoming better at what I do.
