What was one difficult situation at a previous job you encountered and how did you get passed it?

I was a bike messenger and dealt with very unruly customers every day. One particular time, I dealt with an individual that was unhappy with their order (a sandwich) because it was 'smashed'. I calmly dealt with the customer after being cursed out repeatedly and used my own money to buy the customer another sandwich, which I promptly delivered. Minder
