I would ask questions about the situation. I will apologize for inconvience and will try my best to resolve if possible , otherwise will choose supervisor. My objective will be to save each customer visiting us. Minder

Focus on the customer in front of you and complete the interaction before moving on - if you leave an unresolved TPR or DUR or CMD you or a co-worker will pay the price later Stay aware of the numbers so you know if there's a bottleneck and compensate by shifting your priorities or quoting realistic delivery times Minder

Manage your time and try to be organized. When it gets hectic or overwhelming, don't be scared and ask for help. Communication and multi-tasking can help you through a busy situation. Minder

yes and I understand people have bad days so I don't take it personally I just try to talk it out with the person. maybe that could make all the difference Minder
