Ist, I look with in and ensure that I am not contributing to the problem (example: I am late to work and slowing down production) then I try to handle it at the lowest level possible. However, I make sure I avoid this problem by listening to the requirements of both my job and my supervisors as well as putting said requirements into action. Minder
