Premier banker has a more comprehensive career than FC.
Nothing unexpected; typical interview questions. The pay structure was unexpected- HSBC pays everyone now a "discretionary" bonus v a bonus based on production numbers (of course, it really is about x numbers of products sold...).

Make sure base salary is adequate because you can't rely on working hard and producing meaning you will be compensated at bonus time. The whole branch is now forced into regular call nights working until 7:30 at night, so if hours are a concern ask during the interview what your hours will be Minder
Not unexpected but was asked to do a role play with the manager as a new customer

Profiled, asked about banking, investments, "protection"-( insurance ), etc and they said I did a great job so talk about being a clients relationship manager and not product pushing (though you actually will be product pushing in the job..) Minder
