Really fun and inviting. Conversations were very engaging . There was no technical task, rather a technical discussion. This could be improved in the future. The process was very quick and the feedback loop was informative and helpful.

The interview process involved an HR rep, then the hiring manager, and then a peer. I believe after that is an offer. I didn't make it to that point. At interview 2 there is homework and it was actually fun for me. Every person I met and interviewed with was pleasant and spoke very highly of the company and colleagues overall. It was refreshing knowing that people enjoyed their jobs and were genuine evangelists. I have nothing negative to say.

Sent in the application and was scheduled for an interview within a week. Went through a series of interviews over the course of a month and a half. Received mixed messages from the interviewers. I received a lot of positive feedback but was not offered the position.

The process was laid back and straight forward. There were several rounds. You have to do a case study. In that part of the interview you meet with a panel of team members. At end there is an interview with a PeopleandCulture rep. Although I enjoyed the interview l, I felt it was condescending and a waste at the end. The people and culture person couldn’t even answer my question. She was not the corp People and Culture person that they would normally have conduced the interview.. I also felt I was being grilled for information that had nothing to do with the position. Most of sales dep comes from them all knowing or have worked together. Therefore I was not very surprised when they filled the position with another crony of theres . This company boasts diversity and inclusion.They are not interested in that at all. Diversity and inclusion also encompasses hiring outside of your circles.

The whole process took about 3 weeks, there was a screening interview, then an interview with the director of growth, then to the presentation round, then it ended with the coffee chat with fellow team mates. After this I was offered the job.

The interview process at quantilope is intense but definitely worth the effort! In total there were 5 steps until they made me an offer. 1. Initial phone screening with People & Culture 2. Video interview with hiring manager 3. Assignments which I could prepare in advance & presentation in video interview with hiring manager and another team lead 4. Video chat with teammates 5. Video chat with department head During the whole process everyone was super nice (no "bad cop questions") and absolutely fair. There is a very prominent feedback culture at quantilope which is also reflected in the interview process. They are super interested to get to know you during the interview process and If you are a great fit for the job and the company. They have a lot of information about quantilope in general and also about their company culture and engagement on their website. So I would definitely recommend to take a look for preparation.
