Wow, I can't really remember exactly. I had so many phone interviews and I think each one was different, kind of tailored to the position I was going for at the time. Phone interviews were not that bad though, overall. Basically what was my comfort level with Word and Excel, did I graduate college, describe a day at my current position. A long-term client was about to take their business to a competitor. I met with the customer and was able to change how we handled the account on a day-to-day basis, in order to keep the business.
