If you need help passing the CCAT (hardest part of the process in my opinion) I passed it by studying ruthlessly. I found this site that has EXACTLY the SAME CCAT as crossovers and just took that a bunch of times. CROSSOVERCCAT(dot)COM I recommend this for anyone that has the proctored CCAT coming up. It is the SAME test as CROSSOVER for WORK I woulden’t have been able to pass without it! Minder

Timed cognitive intelligence test - answer 60 questions in 15 minutes about what shapes or numbers come next in patterns... as if this somehow informs my interviewers how effective of a leader I am.

My assumption at first was that there was no correct answer to any of the questions, given that an argument could be made for several of the choices in each question. Perhaps they just wanted to see how you would react. No, I was wrong, there apparently is a correct answer for each question, as I was told I got a ` on this section. I guess my almost decade of hands-on experience leading a team isn't very good experience according to their robot test. Minder
Early on it was very much around what things I had done and deeper dive into my resume and experience. In later stages it was more about philosophies, beliefs, passions, and alignment.
