Most employees are very friendly and respectful. There is a lot of deep knowledge within the firm and they do a relatively good job at sharing that knowledge with colleagues.

The directors are under a lot of pressure, and some directors push that pressure onto the employees way too hard. The culture very hierarchical (despite the company's claim that they have a flat... culture), and asking the leadership for things they need to do to help you get your job done is like treading on ice.
