Downsides: While Xomnia has been placing more emphasis on team projects, there are still situations where an employee may be placed alone with a client for a period of time - which some people are... fine with. Besides that, Xomnia has a great startup vibe, which contributes to a lively and stimulating work environment. However, due to that and the (semi)young age of the company and people that work here, there is still room for more professionalization in certain areas of the business processes or strategy. Nonetheless, Xomnia is making active efforts to address these challenges and has made significant steps last year.
