We are looking for an Account Manager, within our E-commerce sales team, who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, a real passion for influencing strategy and the ability to build collaborative partnerships.

As an Account Manager you will represent billion-dollar brands to P&G’s retailers as of Day 1. Combining your motivation and proven skills in drawing insights from data, you will lead change, develop yourself and others, while solving complex problems through critical thinking.

Responsibility as of day One! You are the CEO of your own business.

Take full autonomy and responsibility for a customer within the Netherlands. The common objective is that both companies achieve greater turnover, market share and profitability than they could have achieved separately!

What will you do as a Sales Account Manager:

Leverage consumer insights to develop winning joint business plans;
Lead and improve our distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising;
Develop collaborative partnerships with our customers;
Execute business plans to meet or exceed our financial objectives;
Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights;
Improve our selling advantage by driving retailer category growth and contributing to their category strategies.
