We have an immediate opening for an Attending Physician to serve the Hamptons, VA area. We are looking for a Physician interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results with the geriatric population within the post-acute and long-term care setting. You will have a team of Advanced Practice Practitioners, supportive clinical and administrative staff to assist you in the day-to-day direct patient care. This position is located in Williamsburg/Hampton/Tappahannock, VA areas and does require Geographic Divisional Coverage.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate of Medicine required (M.D. / D.O.)
