About company:

The Schiphol Airport job is a job in logistics and air cargo transport.

Work Activities:

• As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for moving incoming shipments within the warehouse,
• Packing, stacking and unloading boxes of cargo;
• This is physical work with heavy boxes around 10-25 kg.

Work Times/Days/Shifts:

You will have 35-45 hours, per week. Five or six days a week. Planner will take care about your schedule and let you know in advance.

Coordinators of company strive to ensure that all their employees have accurately and properly distributed shifts as possible in accordance with the arrivals of air cargo. Important note: the airport works 7 days a week, 24 hours.

Salary (Scale) and Allowances:

The salary is paid on a weekly basis and the hours are calculated on a weekly basis.

Payment per hour is €12.94 euros gross + irregular hours allowance.

*Allowances:

Monday to Friday, 07.00 - 19.00, without allowance, (hourly rate 12,94 euros)

Monday to Thursday, 19.00 - 07.00, allowance + 124,70% (hourly rate 16,13 euros)

Friday to Saturday, 19.00 - 00.00, allowance + 149,90 % (hourly rate 19,39 euros)

Sunday to Monday morning, 00.00 -07.00, allowance + 174,10% (hourly rate 22,52 euros)

National holidays and holidays, allowance + 198,80 % (hourly rate 25,72 euros)

Requirements | What You Need to Start:

• We are obliged to fill out the VGB (security clearance form) before you are in the process of employment. The issuance of the permit should wait 5-10 weeks for it to be approved by the security ministry. By email or whatsapp you will get a contact number from a colleague who will wait for you in the Netherlands and help you in the Netherlands to settle in, fill in contracts and get instructions for work.
• You can easily communicate in English
• You are looking for long term job and willing to settle in the biggest city of Netherlands - Amsterdam

Clothing:

This is necessary to have safety shoes with a protective cap and a high-visibility vest. If you do not have, it is possible to buy shoes directly in the company. High-visibility vest we will provide with logo of the company.

Clothing – you can use your clothes, trousers or sweatshirt and T-shirt, or work clothes.

Other Important Notes for this Company/Job:

The houses, where our employees are located, are close to the airport, approx. 30-50 min travel, mainly in cities Hoofddorp and Haarlem. Accommodation is also always close to the bus station, which often leads with only one bus line to Schiphol Airpor
