TASS International, a Siemens business, offers the service of physical testing to global customers. Our customers are mainly operating in Automotive industry, both OEM and suppliers.

We focus on 3 segments:

Passive safety
Active Safety
Tire modeling

We organize and perform our tests within a strict process as confirmed in our EN 17025 accreditation for over 25 years.

We pro-actively strive towards constant improvements. To ensure that we apply very direct and open communication lines within our company

We are looking for an: Operations Manager to be a member of the management team of TASS International the Operations Manager and be responsible for all operations including operational support. This role will report to the CEO and manage approximately 30 colleagues.

Main responsibilities:

Daily operations of the tests.
Organizing tests to be performed according to guiding procedures and planning.
Discussion partner for sales and senior experts on planning of tests, resources, equipment etc.
Resource management for the Testing group.
Development and appraisals of team members.
Training and certification for the relevant tests.
Have ownership and responsibilities to enable further growth
Availability of correct and calibrated equipment
