Was contacted via email to attend a scheduled interview. I was greeted by two HR personnel who proceeded with a competency based interview (5-6 questions in total). During my answers they made extensive notes, once the formal interview was complete we had an informal conversation relating to things inside and outside work. At the end they thanked me for coming in and advised that should I be chosen that I would be contacted.
