I enjoyed the conversational style of the interview process. I felt that there was a genuine interest in ensuring that my background and experience were fully understood to ensure that I would be a good fit technically as well as that there be a strong cultural fit with the company. After having completed the phone screen with the recruiter, I was scheduled, 2 days later, with the Founder of the firm, Nancy Scott. This interview was business focused but at the same time friendly and broad reaching. At each stage of their process, I was kept in the loop and knew what to expect form the next steps.
