Managers are not emphatetic (at least in Rev Ops)
No clear communication : not from Exec or from managers. They have a value called "Openness" but the Exec themselves do not adhere to it
Unrealistic targets & expectations from sales team
They do not stick to their words, promises especially during recruitment process
They change job title, job grade & everything during the recruitment. A very very very unprofessional TA team.
