When I started we were in an upwards trend, it was really busy and we were mostly understaffed. They hired really good people paid them well instead of hiring consultants, the made sure the got rid of them as soon as all SOP were documented.

They than added a way junior workforce and forcefully slowly got rid of the overpaid good people they hired. Although the promised loads of growth opportunities. No diversity in management.
