      A good remote company to work for

      Pluspunten

      The company is great at providing resources for its freelancers, and the ideology about working from home/anywhere is really nice. Flexibility, support, and inclusivity are also important to the company.

      Minpunten

      Nothing really, but the compensation is not realistic anymore with the rising costs of living. That needs to be reevaluated, especially with the expectations.

      Pluspunten

      Great team to work with, wonderful colleagues and most students were easy to work with and help out. The pay was good if you got scheduled enough. If you weren't, it was not a good paying position.

      Minpunten

      The salaries did not increase with cost of living, or create a better incentive for the freelance based workers. It was a nightmare trying to get students to book appointments. A lot of other things, but focusing on the compensation was the goal here.
