Minpunten
The company is badly organized and top heavy. Managers only care about themselves and do not coach their people nor stick up for their people. With the recent take-over by Lovell Minnick all cash has been drained and the company is left to fend for itself. Their suppliers are not paid in time and bonusses have been cancelled. No wage growth either. The company presents itself as a top performer in the business but it is not a top performer. Overall very high expectations in terms of performance from their employees and very little is given in return.
